We handle all infrastructure issues at no extra cost. If domains or mailboxes have deliverability problems, we replace them immediately, even if it's due to vendor issues beyond our control.

Yes, partially. You can pause campaigns, modify targeting, adjust messaging, or change your ideal customer profile anytime. We're flexible and responsive to your needs. However, we are unable to pause infrastructure subscription as that’s beyond our scope. We either have to cancel the mailboxes and sequencer, and when you restart, have to buy new mailboxes and do warm up again, or we can keep your subscription for mailboxes etc active and keep warming them up and monitoring mailbox health and warm up settings. In this case, you’ll keep paying 50% of your subscription fee to cover all this when you pause your campaign. We prefer the first option when you are pausing campaigns indefinitely, but for short term pauses, we recommend keeping the mailboxes active.
